This individual serves as WDC/NSDC liaison to field by providing service and support to Store Operations via the DM/RSM. In addition to excellent customer service, this individual will be responsible for maintaining a strong partnership between field personnel at all levels, outside transportation carriers, corporate Logistics and the distribution center management team. Utilizing technology, this individual will be proactive in identifying process improvements to continually provide top- level service to the stores.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Function as the WDC/NSDC point of contact for store/field issues related to store deliveries.Respond to and resolve issues with internal distribution contacts and outside transportation carriers.Using WMS, Road Show technology, respond to Distribution Services within established service level agreement timeframes.Effectively communicate service related changes to appropriate distribution and store individuals, as well as transportation weekly store visits and participate in field meetings to provide and seek key information and build relationships with field customers.Identify process improvements to ensure positive impact on service level to the stores.Develop store delivery schedules and regularly update based on holidays or special events.Develop daily route backhauls with corporate Logistics and outside transportation daily deliver plans with outside transportation carriers,currently delivery plans around new stores and relocations so as to ensure a smooth transition at store level.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
